FAQ

What is included with setup and delivery?

Our staff will deliver your rentals well before the start of your party, this is often 1-2 hours before the scheduled time. This varies on the amount of deliveries we have that day, and we will call you 2-3 days before your booking to ensure someone is available. 4-hour minimum rental time.

How and when do I pay?

A Maze N Fun Inc. accepts Visa or Mastercard over the phone. We also accept e-transfers. All bookings require a 50% deposit. Your desired event date and items will not be reserved until a deposit is received

What is your refund policy?

A Maze N Fun Inc. does not provide refunds under any circumstances, however if your party is canceled due to inclement weather or we are unable to setup the equipment the day of the event we will transfer your booking to a different day based on availability, at no charge. If the customer has not contacted A Maze N Fun Inc. prior to the setup crew arriving on site to setup, the payment will be considered to be used in full regardless of weather problems. No credit will be issued at that point. A Maze N Fun Inc. at its own discretion, may refuse to set up equipment or may return early to take down equipment due to wind or weather conditions for safety reasons. If possible, A Maze N Fun Inc. will do it’s best to accommodate customers (i.e: moving units indoors if possible) but safety of riders and users of the equipment is our primary concern. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations prior to 14 days before the date of the event will result in the customer being charged 50% of the rental contract. Cancellation within 14 days of the event will result in the customer being charged 100% of the rental price.

Which surfaces do you setup on?

We can set up on Grass (which is preferred for the sake of the kids), dirt, asphalt and concrete, and we also set up indoors all the time! Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. We will not set up on sand, for sand destroys the seams on inflatables.

Do you still operate during the winter months?

Yes our services are available year-round and many of our inflatable castles fit well indoors. Contact us with the details for your next event!
